  • Brushes in the motor and motor condition
    Inspect motor brushes for wear and replace if worn down. Check motor condition for overheating, unusual noises, or vibration.

  • Condition of the internal filter (filter bag)
    Examine the filter bag for tears or clogging. Replace or clean as necessary to maintain optimal airflow.

  • Motor cavity of the power unit
    Clean out any dust or debris from the motor cavity to prevent overheating and ensure efficient operation.

  • Condition and seal of the dirt receptacle
    Check the dirt receptacle for cracks or damage and ensure the seal is tight to prevent leaks and maintain suction power.

  • Air leakage test
    Perform an air leakage test to identify any leaks in the system that could reduce suction performance.

  • Condition of muffler and external filter (if installed)
    Inspect muffler for damage or blockage. Check any external filters and clean or replace as required.

  • Wall point valve rubber seals
    Examine rubber seals in wall valves for wear or cracking. Replace seals to maintain airtight connections.

  • Suction test at power unit and wall points
    Measure suction strength directly at the power unit and at each wall inlet to verify system efficiency.

  • Condition of the hose and on/off control
    Inspect the hose for cracks, holes, or wear, and check the on/off control for correct operation.

  • Condition and function of attachments
    Review all cleaning attachments for damage and ensure they operate properly.

  • Condition and function of kitchen floor sweep
